TELC C1 Hochschule

To apply to study at a German university a high level of German is required. For many universities passing the TELC C1 Hochschule exam is accepted as fulfilment of their language requirements.

Course description

The course runs over 12 weeks and covers the entire C1 level. It is an intensive preparation for the TELC exam using materials developed especially for this purpose.

Exam

The exam takes place at the end of the course directly at Colón Language Center. Exam fees are included in the total course price.

Course levels

Our German courses are offered in accordance with the Common European Framework of the European Commission for Language Learning. This framework has six levels A1-A2-B1-B2-C1-C2. Courses are offered at all levels, elementary courses (A1-A2), intermediate courses (B1-B2) and advanced courses (C1-C2).

The following table gives a short explanation of the language skills you will acquire at each level. For each level approx. 250 lessons in an intensive course (5x5) are necessary. For a detailed description of the language skills acquired per course level, click here.
